Neil is a founder and the CEO of Calypso. Prior to founding the company, Neil worked on AI technology and innovation efforts at the U.S. Department of Defense. Prior to that, he worked at Jump Investors and Neil has started and successfully managed several previous ventures as well as conducted reinforcement learning research at the University of Southern California.

As founding President and Chief Operations Officer, Steve brings 20+ years of cybersecurity expertise to designing and implementing Calypso’s multi-year growth plan while overseeing day-to-day operations and providing strategic leadership for the company. A widely recognized leader in cloud-based technologies for more than 20 years, Holton has held executive positions at some of the most innovative and widely recognized SaaS and cybersecurity companies in the world.

Victor is a Ph.D. at the University of Southern California SAIL Labs, where his research focuses on Deep Learning. Victor previously worked as an engineer for DARPA programs at HRL Laboratories and on AI programs at NASA.

Davey is the CBO of Calypso, leading the company’s business development, sales, marketing, and client success teams. Prior, he was a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow for artificial intelligence and national security. Selected into this role under President Obama, Davey led teams at the Department of Defense, the Department of Transportation, and the IC. Prior, he led US Government efforts at Palantir Technologies. Davey started and successfully exited an AI-enabled geospatial firm, Office:MG. He spent the first 6 years of his career on Wall Street and is a graduate of Columbia University.

David is an American entrepreneur and politician who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from California from 1981 to 2013. He is currently on the Board of Trustees at both the California Institute of Technology and Claremont McKenna College. He is a distinguished fellow at the Brookings Institution.

Mark was appointed as the nation’s first the Deputy Undersecretary for Cybersecurity at the Department of Homeland Security. He is now a Global Information Security Strategist at Booking Holding. He was the CISO for the states of Colorado and California. He began his career as a US Navy Cryptologic Officer.

An entrepreneur and career DoD leader, Jeff co-founded the cybersecurity and risk modeling firm Neo Prime Solutions. In his government service, Jeff specialized in WMD proliferation and counterterrorism finance, Eurasian security, and arms control. He was the senior DoD representative in Russia and Central Asia after September 11, and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Eurasia. He was also the operational team leader for a preemptive acquisition program to remove WMD materials from the marketplace and served on the American delegation at the U.S.-Soviet Nuclear and Space Negotiations in Geneva.

Karl is a German businessman and politician of the Christian Social Union (CSU). He served as a member of the Bundestag from 2002 to 2011, as Secretary-General of the CSU from 2008 to 2009, as Federal Minister for Economics and Technology in 2009, and as Federal Minister of Defence from 2009 to 2011. Karl currently serves as Chairman and a founder of Spitzberg Partners, an advisory and investment firm based in New York City.

David is a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Virginia, where he leads research on security and privacy. David’s research focuses on privacy and security on the web and empowering individuals to control how their data is used and shared. He won the Outstanding Faculty Award from the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia and was Program Co-Chair for the ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security 2017 and IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy 2009 and 2010.
